When will I get my first FukuBox?

For new customers, your first FukuBox will arrive the following month after subscribing (i.e. If you placed a subscription on January, your first box will arrive in February). This is because we want to keep a consistent schedule of Fukubox arrivals for all customers.

Orders that contain multiple different products may be shipped separately. In this case, customers will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we are only providing services to the United States and Canada.

Which service do you use to ship FukuBoxes?

FukuBoxes will be shipped via USPS.

What is your return or exchange policy?

It is in our policy that products that are defective/damaged are not subjected to refunds or exchanges. However, you can reach out to us at: contact@fuku-box.com so we can make it right and ensure you are happy.

What if I receive a product that is broken or damaged?

Please reach out about any damaged or missing items so we can make sure you don’t lose your magical moments!
